THE LITTLE BOTHER

The girls banned Riggs from being upstairs because it was 'ONLY GIRLS ALLOWED'
So, he found the light switch to entertain himself....
and get the attention from his sisters that he wanted.

    AHHHH He's so cute, he can come bother us anytime. (The rest of his family is welcome as well....as long as mom bring cupcakes.)
